In dieser Schlüsselrolle bist Du verantwortlich für die operative und strategisch Führung des Teams Network & Connectivity Engineering East. Das 11-köpfige Team ist auf die Standorte Wien und Brünn (CZ) verteilt.
Dein breites technisches Wissen zu LAN/WAN/WLAN, über SD-WAN bis zu Firewalls, sowie eine ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz ermöglichen es Dir für Dein Team ein Umfeld zu schaffen, indem sie gefordert, wie gefördert werden. Hierbei ist transparente, offene Kommunikation und eine respektvolle Begegnung auf Augenhöhe essentiell.
In this key role, you will be responsible for the operational and strategic leadership of the Network & Connectivity Engineering East team. This 11-member team is spread across the Vienna and Brno (Czech Republic) locations.
Your broad technical expertise in LAN/WAN/WLAN, from SD-WAN to firewalls, along with strong leadership skills, will enable you to create an environment for your team where they are both challenged and supported. Transparent, open communication and respectful interaction on an equal footing are essential in this regard.
